Passionate Representation for Discerning Buyers

About Steve Enchin

I've grown up in a real estate family with multiple commercial and residential multi-family properties, and bought/flipped/sold multiple properties, and have been guiding my own network in the purchase of real estate for many years.

As a consultant and project manager, my professional experience brings a different perspective to my role as your buyer's agent. While most real estate agents consider themselves as 'salespeople', I am not going to sell you anything, and I don't believe in sales - I am here as your consultant and to manage the process of your new home purchase and financing, guide and educate you on the search for your new home, pricing, making an offer, the contract and a multitude of other considerations that go into your new home purchase.

8/10 new construction buyers visit builder communities without proper representation, not realizing they have the right to bring their own agent to represent them in negotiations, to supervise the contract, financing and to watch over construction, and manage the inspections. If you are interested in touring any new construction community in Orange County or the Inland Empire, please call or email me to schedule an appointment, or to have me pre-register you with the builder - don't visit the builder without pre-registering otherwise I will be blocked from helping with your purchase.

I also have a special new construction search portal available where you can view all the new communities throughout Southern California with pricing, community amenities, floorplans and model photos - email me for link details.
